Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 0–1 business days after payment is successfully received. Orders placed before our daily order cut-off time will be processed the same business day whenever possible. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed the next business day.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During high-volume periods such as holidays, promotions, or special events, processing times may be slightly extended. If this occurs, customers will be notified.

Shipping Locations

Fragrance Online Co. currently ships to Canada nationwide. We are actively working to expand shipping to additional regions in the future.

Shipping Carriers

To ensure reliable and timely delivery, we work with trusted carriers including Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, and other regional delivery partners. The carrier used for your shipment may vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected at checkout.

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination.

Standard shipping: Estimated delivery time of 1–4 business days
Expedited shipping: Estimated delivery time of 1–2 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to factors outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination, package weight and dimensions, and the selected shipping method.

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website when available.

  • Free on orders over $149
  • Orders under $149: Shipping calculated at checkout
  • Estimated delivery: 1–4 business days
Expedited Shipping
  • Calculated at checkout
  • Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days
Same-Day Delivery (GTA Only)
  • Flat rate: $27.99
  • Available for select Greater Toronto Area locations
  • Delivery window: Same day (evening delivery)

⚠️ Important: Same-day delivery is a premium service and is not eligible for free shipping, even on orders over $149.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, the shipping carrier, and a tracking link to monitor your shipment in real time.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the package has been shipped.

Delivery Information

Depending on the carrier and delivery location, your package may be delivered to:

  • Your front door
  • Your condo mailbox
  • A community mailbox
  • A parcel locker
  • Your local post office for pickup

If a delivery attempt cannot be completed, the carrier may leave a delivery notice with instructions for pickup or redelivery.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for additional reshipping fees and any return shipping charges.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately before your order ships.

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to ensure all orders arrive on time, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

Fragrance Online Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, but we will always assist customers in tracking and resolving shipment issues.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Fragrance Online Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

  • Checking around your delivery location
  • Checking your community mailbox or parcel locker
  • Asking neighbors or building management
  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly

Damaged Shipments

We carefully package all products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the packaging

Our team will review the case and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Hazardous Materials (Fragrances)

Perfumes contain alcohol-based ingredients and are classified as flammable liquids for air transportation.

As a result, certain shipping methods or regions may have restrictions depending on carrier regulations.

Fragrance Online Co. complies with all transportation and safety regulations for shipping fragrance products.

Multiple Packages

Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability, warehouse location, and package size limitations.

If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
